This is the fifth album recorded in our studies by the US company.
Tracks for movies like "Skyfall", "The Artist", "The Hobbit" or "The Dark Knight Rises" have been chosen for this recording session. This is the fifth album we record for Reader's Digest since 2010 when our first collaboration took place.
This time we used a formation of 40 musicians made up by 7 first violins, 6 second violins, 5 violas, 4 cellos, 3 basses, 2 flutes, 2 oboes, 2 clarinets, 1 bassoon, 3 horns, 1 tuba, 2 trumpets and 2 trombones conducted by Maite Aurrekoetxea. Arrangements have been written by Artur Gimaraes, Jose Luis Canal and Irune Mar.
The recording, which took place on February the 10th at Vitoria-Gasteiz Conservatory Music Hall was a success thanks to the professionalism of the team we counted on. From the conductor to the musicians and the technical staff, thanks for your participation in this project.
